How to Connect Printer To Laptop Wi-Fi

Printer's Connection with laptop .
Step 1

Firts you need to know what types printer you have
1- ALL IN ONE  printer
2- Stand alone Printer
Generally we are using all in one printer,But procedure are same for boths
Step 2
How You Want to Connect Your Printer?

·         Wired

After save it default printer. your machine will automatically make it default whenever further

you will print from your machine.

·         Wireless
Ok!!... First Wired.!!!
 Then Check Out " Do You Have Connection LAN wire cord , manufacture generally provides that.
If Yes.
For Wired
Connect one edge of this wire back of your Printer and other edge of this wire with Your machine LAN slot


Step3 
Plug power supply cable to power socket
Turn ON your printer
Wait few Minutes
do a copy from your printer
If it is copying then you have correctly wired your printer
If Not Then Check Power Connection.
Step4
Now Check Your Computer Printer Control panel
Is your Printer is showing there  ?
Example :- If you are using HP jet , Then your printer will show  HP Jet Printer.

Now Confirm  , Did you used any other printer with same machine?
If Yes Then You have to remove that form default setting
how will you do ?

Step 5
Open a word documents files
Press  "ctlr+p" direct command of printing.. Unless you can go in Menu bar and click on print option
Now you will have a page asking you to print that documents
Its will show you printer name in a large rectangle box
You will have down arrow inside in box ..
Click on that , Now chose your printer with which you want to print .
 and set it default printer..



Step6

For wireless
for Wireless Your Should have your  router, ON Your router, Wait few minutes and Your printer will automatically connect with your router,Search your printer while printing your documents, Set Default  your printer as i mentioned above.
